Calls are now open for the next RIO group meeting. If you would like to present at the meeting, please email your presentation title, the list of authors and affiliations, and an abstract of 100-200 words to Dr Caroline Wakefield (wakefic@hope.ac.uk). The closing date for submissions is the 7th March 2012.
Presentations can be an oral paper or a poster. The oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length and allow an additional 5 minutes for questions. The poster session will take place in the middle of the conference.
Due to high numbers at previous meetings, there are limited delegate places available. Although the meeting is free, you must register your intent to attend the meeting by writing to Dr Caroline Wakefield (wakefic@hope.ac.uk). Delegate places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The meeting is free to attend and a lunch will be provided. Delegates are welcome to stay for an evening meal, and / or stay in the on-campus hotel. These evening activities will incur a charge to the delegate. Further information will be sent out in due course, including the schedule for the meeting, maps, and transport information.
